Cryptic, your weekly missions are a wonderful idea and are good fun however, I just finished one called "Frozen" which results in you having to take sides with either the Romulans or the Remans. Now this would not be a problem for the Klingons however for the Federation, taking either side is a massive violation of the prime directive and therefore I suggest that an option be added for you to stay neutral in the resulting conflict. Forcing you to take sides is clearly against Federation regulations which you convientiantly continue to ignore as if they are not an important part of the game. Well since you have got the Federation in this game, you should be more careful to include the directives that they follow. To be honest, for aid and abbetting Terrorist action from Reman Seperatists, you should really expect a Court Martial when you return to space dock.
