Hello All,
I'm not sure if anyone else cares about this or not; however, I tired of having to pay millions of EC just to get a level 3 version of a skill that can't be trained by myself or another player.
We should have a Merchant for both factions that will sell us training in skills that only occur on rare or very rare bridge officers.
Merchants could charge 500-1000 bars of gold pressed Latinum to teach our bridge officers skills like:
Beam Array Overload 3, Reverse Shield Polarity 3, ASIF3 and so on.
If we had another way to obtain the hard to get skill, then the sellers of the BO that spawn with them would be selling them at much better prices.
Don't get me wrong, sometimes it's not just a very high price to pay for the BO with the skill you want, sometimes you just can't find them at all.
